Pacita Juanは、シリアル・アントレプレナー。
ビジネスを営む家庭で育ち、大学を卒業してから音楽・コーヒー・ECHOstoreなどの創業に携わり、現在は様々な社会起業家や特に女性起業家のメンターなども多く務めている。
ECHOstoreは、持続的なライフスタイルをテーマに、農業・商品開発nadnおい幅広く関わる。女性起業家の商品の販売促進をするためのプラットフォームの構築や、コーヒー農家を支援するための財団を設立するなど、起業家としてだけでなく起業家を支援することにも多く携わり、COVID-19禍でも様々な活動を行っている。2017-2019年は、Asian Women Entrepreneurs Network（AWEN）のPresidentも務めている。
A female social entrepreneur producing and selling sustainable products
She is a serial entrepreneur who grew up in a family that owned their own business. After graduating from university, she was involved in music, coffee, and the establishment of ECHOstore. One of her primary appointments now is as a mentor for social entrepreneurs, especially for females.
ECHOstore is widely engaged in agricultural and product development, aiming for sustainable lifestyles. She established a platform that promotes sales of merchandise female entrepreneurs produce and foundations that support coffee farmers. Not just as an entrepreneur, she is working as a supporter of entrepreneurs and does various types of activities during COVID-19. She was also appointed as the president of Asian Women Entrepreneurs Network (AWEN) from 2017 until 2019.
