About AWSEN
AWSENは、ビジネスを通じて社会課題を解決しようとする女性社会起業家が、「活かし合い、応援し合うつながり」です。2014年に日本財団の支援を受けて開催した女性社会起業家ネットワーク会議をきっかけとして設立し、これまでにASEANを中心に約250の女性起業家たちとのネットワーク構築をしてきました。また、パブリック・イベント、能力開発トレーニング、国を越えたメンターシップ・プログラム、ASEAN及び日本における女性起業家や支援エコシステムに関わる調査などを実施してきました。2014年以降、タイと日本で計25を越えるイベントを開催し、ASEAN及び日本の女性社会起業家たちと、これからの経済の在り方やSDGsについて議論・発信してきました。
AWSEN is the network which connect women social entrepreneurs to encourage and support each other. Founded in 2014 with the support of The Nippon Foundation. Since then, AWSEN has created network with more than 250 women social entrepreneurs. With this network, AWSEN has organized public events, capacity building training sessions, cross - boarder mentorship programs, and conduct research on women social entrepreneurs and supporting ecosystems. Since 2014, AWSEN has organized more than 25 events in Thailand and Japan to discuss about post-Capitalism and SDGs.
Our Approach
AWSEN aims to create Social Impact with Asian Women Social Entrepreneurs through 5 activities, which are “Event” “Tour” “Academy” “Research” and “Business Support”.
AWSENは、「イベント」「ツアー」「アカデミー」「リサーチ」「ビジネス支援」という大きく5つの事業を通じて、アジア女性社会起業家たちと共に社会インパクトを生み出していくことを目指しています。
- Event

we organize events by inviting women social entrepreneurs and create the event concept with social issue focus or SDGs.
アジア女性社会起業家を軸として、女性起業家の登壇だけでなく、アジア女性社会起業家の背景にある社会課題への捉え方や、その解決方法、イノベーティブな発想などの考え方を軸とした企画設計や実施を行います。
- Tour

we organized the tour which visit and learn Asian Women Social Entrepreneurs. we customize the tour program by the requests of companies or universities.
アジア女性社会起業家をめぐるツアーを企画、実施します。また、企業や大学などのニーズにあわせて、カスタマイズのツアープログラムなども実施します。
- Academy

we conduct academy or training programs for those who want to be social entrepreneur or want to learn about social business, or SDGs. Also we organize capacity building sessions for Asian Women Social Entrepreneurs.
起業を目指していたり、SDGsについて学びたい方などを対象として、研修プログラムを実施します。なお、アジアの女性社会起業家に対するトレーニングプログラムの実施も行います。

we conduct research on Asian Women Social Entrepreneurs and ecosystem of social innovation in Asia.
アジア女性社会起業家に関する実態調査や、起業家をとりまく生態系に関する調査研究などを行います。
- Business Support

we support business and sales of products of Asian Women Social Entrepreneur. For companies, we do the consultation or marketing support with our network and experiences.
アジア女性社会起業家のビジネス展開の支援や販売代行などを行なっています。企業向けには、AWSENのネットワークと知見を生かした、マーケティング支援やビジネスコンサルティングを行います。
